ServeTek has acquired Professional Kitchen KK-Service Oy, together with its two sister companies, Karose Oy and SKR Varaosat Oy. These acquisitions further strengthen the Group's presence in Finland and represent an important step in the Group’s strategy to expand its presence across the Nordic region. With Professional Kitchen KK-Service Oy and its sister companies joining ServeTek, the group gains additional technical expertise, broader service capacity, and an enhanced product offering, enabling it to deliver even greater value to customers across the region.
