Goodtech acquires Skala Liquides

The acquisition was structured as a carve-out transaction, including 24 engineers and a SaaS-based, industrial SW.

The engineering team is specialized within industrial IT, automation and process engineering. The proprietary industrial SaaS-based SW “LTLine”, is designed to manage liquid food production from reception to end of line. Through the acquisition, Goodtech has taken over the long-term SaaS agreement with TINE as the largest customer, securing recurring revenues going forward.
