Juan Pablo Bayter is the current president of Oaklins International and a partner and co-founder of Oaklins Axia. With almost 30 years of investment banking experience in Latin America and Europe, he has led M&A, capital raising, corporate finance and project finance transactions worth more than US$26 billion. He has broad industry experience, with particular expertise in the energy, IT, financial services, agriculture and real estate sectors. Notable transactions he has completed include the acquisition of an important stake in Banco W, a leading microfinance bank in Colombia; the sale of a substantial shareholding in two of Colombia's leading shopping centers in Colombia; the sale of Grupo Acción, one of the largest staffing and outsourcing companies in Colombia; the sale of a significant shareholding in Alqueria, one of the largest Colombian dairy companies; the sale of Primestone, a leading software company to Trilliant; the sale of Termoflores, a 450MW CCGT power plant; and structuring the US$5 billion Oleoducto al Pacífico oil pipeline project. Key clients he has recently advised include Atlas Renewable Energy, a leading global renewable energy company; HIG, a global private equity fund; and PSP, one of Canada's largest pension funds.

Antoine Lemaire is a partner at Oaklins France. He has extensive expertise in the agriculture and consumer healthcare sectors, having closed more than 25 deals in these fields. Notable corporate clients he has recently advised include Vitalis, Vitibot, Cocooncenter and Cooper-Vemedia. He has also advised private equity firms dedicated to long-term investment in organic food such as Triodos, which he supported in setting up its first investment holding company in France.
Brian Levin is a managing director at Oaklins Intrepid, where he is co-head of Intrepid’s food, beverage & agriculture (FBA) team. Within the FBA industry, Brian advises clients from consumer packaged goods, distribution, private label, ingredients, nutrition and other key sectors of the industry. He has also completed transactions across other areas of the consumer sector, including toys & giftware, lifestyle brands, beauty & personal care and wellness. Recent transactions he has advised on include the sales of California Custom Fruits and Flavors to Peak Rock Capital; Cloudco Entertainment to IVEST Consumer Partners; and Entertainment Earth, Inc. to IVEST Consumer Partners.
Narmin Vakilova is an associate director at Oaklins Italy. Responsible for the day-to-day execution of M&A transactions, she is primarily focused on the consumer, fashion and retail industries. Key clients she has advised include Giacomo Group, Frediani, Pinsalab, Crespi Milano and Sapici.
Mauricio Concha Zegarra is a director at Oaklins APOYO. He has led and participated in M&A transactions, restructurings and special situations, valuations, fairness opinions, capital raising and debt issues in the USA, Europe and Latin America, covering multiple industries, including financial services, fintech, logistics, industrials and telecommunications. Notable transactions include advising Nets on the sale of a portion of its corporate business and A2A divisions to MasterCard for €2.85 billion (Denmark); Walmart on the sale of its Chilean credit card division to Banco de Credito e Inversiones (Bci) for around US$150 million (Chile); PartnerRe on its sale to EXOR for US$6.9 billion (Bermuda); and the restructuring of San Fernando’s and ETNA’s long-term debt (Peru).
