Fokker is an international aircraft manufacturer headquartered in the Netherlands with over 100 years of experience in the aviation industry. Currently, the company has a wide variety of activities including aerostructures, landing gear, electrical wiring interconnection systems and MRO services. The company was acquired in 2008 by United Kingdom-based private equity firm Arle Capital Partners.
Arle Capital Partners is an international private equity manager whose focus is on investing in businesses along the energy and natural resources supply chain.
