Headquartered in Chile, Coval offers financial products and services. The company has over 20 years of experience providing factoring, leasing and confirming solutions to small, medium and large-sized companies.
Our role in the transaction
Oaklins’ team in Chile acted as the sole financial advisor to Coval in the placement of commercial paper in the local market for a total amount of US$21.7 million.
