Boedelbak B.V. has been acquired by Spuigroep B.V.
The shareholders of Boedelbak B.V. have sold the company to Spuigroep B.V.
Boedelbak is the market leader in the Dutch trailer rental market. The company has over 1,600 trailers which are for rent at over 350 gas stations throughout the Netherlands. AllCar, which is also part of the transaction, is a small trailer rental company which was acquired by Boedelbak's parent company in 2008.
Spuigroep is active in the automotive industry and parent company of, amongst others, Europcar Autoverhuur B.V., the Dutch franchisee of Europcar International. Other subsidiaries are Achilles Autolease, Achilles Brandstof Maatschappij and Optima.
