Gemini Bidco S.r.l. has initiated a mandatory public tender offer for the shares of Relatech S.p.A.
Gemini Bidco is a vehicle owned by the Bregal funds, created to facilitate the tender offer for Relatech and delist the company.
Relatech provides digital solutions through its RePlatform cloud-based platform. The firm offers services across various areas, including hybrid, public and private cloud, AI, blockchain, IoT, cybersecurity and virtual and augmented reality. Founded by Pasquale Lambardi in 2001, the company is headquartered in Milan, Italy.
Oaklins Italy’s parent company, Banca Akros, acted as the appointed broker for the collection of shares in the mandatory public tender offer for 26.5% of Relatech’s shares by Gemini Bidco.
