Marco is an associate in the ECM team at Banca Akros, the parent company of Oaklins Italy. He is involved in pitching for and executing equity capital market deals, mainly on the Italian stock exchange managed by Borsa Italiana. Marco has participated in various transactions, including the IPOs of Almawave and Industrial Stars of Italy 4 SPAC on Euronext Growth Milan, and Generalfinance on Euronext STAR Milan; the listing of Net Insurance on Euronext STAR Milan; Saipem’s rights issue on Euronext Milan; Salcef Group’s accelerated bookbuilding on Euronext Milan; and the delistings of Panariagroup, Carraro, La Doria and Banca Intermobiliare. More recently, he has been involved in Lottomatica’s IPO on Euronext Milan; the listing of Sicily by Car on Euronext Growth Milan following the business combination with the SPAC INDSTARS4; Saipem’s equity-linked convertible bond on Euronext Milan and the delistings of Prima Industrie, Sababa Security, Reevo and Cover 50.

Marco joined the firm in 2020. He has a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance and a Master of Science in Accounting, Financial Management and Control, both from Bocconi University in Milan.
