Gramo has completed a mandatory public takeover bid for the shares of Deceuninck

Gramo BV has completed a mandatory public takeover bid for the shares of Deceuninck NV. The bid was launched after Gramo’s conversion of warrants increased its participation in Deceuninck above the 30% voting rights threshold, thereby triggering a mandatory takeover bid under Belgian takeover legislation. The transaction further strengthens the stability of Deceuninck’s shareholder base and supports the company’s long-term strategy focused on innovation, sustainability and operational excellence.
