Sanghee is a manager at Oaklins KR&Partners in Korea. He supports clients and senior M&A advisors in various aspects of both sell-side and buy-side mandates, including industry analysis, financial modeling, the preparation of valuation materials and the development of marketing documents. He also takes part in pitch meetings, client discussions and negotiation processes. Notable transactions he has been involved in include advising EUM Private Equity on the sale of Koryo Nobel Explosives to a consortium of Korea Investment & Securities PE and Kiwoom PE, as well as advising Kamur Partners on the sale of the thermistor manufacturer JamesTech to Intermediate Capital Group (ICG), a cross-border transaction.

Sanghee has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Korea University.
