Soohan is a partner and founding member of Oaklins KR&Partners in Korea. With over 20 years of experience in M&A advisory, he has advised on a wide range of transactions across the consumer and retail sectors, with a strong track record of delivering strategic outcomes for both corporate clients and financial investors.

Prior to founding Oaklins KR&Partners, Soohan served as managing director at KUDOS and as director at IR KUDOS, two leading firms in financial advisory and investor relations consulting, respectively. He also held a consultant role at Seoul IR. Soohan has an MBA from Yonsei University.
