Seongyoon is a managing director at Oaklins KR&Partners in Korea. He brings over a decade of experience in financial advisory, supporting a wide range of M&A transactions for both corporate clients and financial investors. His diverse professional background contributes to his well-rounded perspective on deal execution and client advisory.

Prior to joining Oaklins KR&Partners, Seongyoon served as vice president at KUDOS and held consultant roles at PwC and Ernst & Young. He is a certified public accountant (CPA) in Korea and has a bachelor’s degree in taxation from the University of Seoul.
