Carolina is a manager at Oaklins S&W, one of Oaklins’ member firms in the UK. She has nearly a decade of M&A experience in multiple sectors, working with companies across different stages in their lifecycle. She is responsible for client origination, as well as for developing and implementing a variety of business development initiatives in addition to supporting active transactions and clients during the M&A process. Transactions she has been involved in include the sale of Permali Gloucester to Diamorph; the sale of JOST’s UK hydraulics subsidiary Edbro to Endless Enact; and the sale of Westminster Homecare to Care at Home Services.

Prior to joining Oaklins in 2017, Carolina worked at Sardison Financial Solutions, advising early-stage companies on commercial strategy and funding. She has an ACCA diploma in Accounting and Business. She also graduated with a diploma in Creative Media Production & Technology from the University of Arts of London and a BA from Middlesex University, with honors in animation.
