SeaKing’s private shareholders have sold a minority shareholding in the company to EGS Beteiligungen AG.

SeaKing designs and supplies complete catering systems for cruise ships, based on its many years of experience and in-depth knowledge of cruise ship catering operations. Headquartered in Switzerland, the company has operations in Finland, Germany, Italy and the USA.

EGS Beteiligungen is a long-term oriented investor in Swiss industrial and service companies.
