Sebastiaan is a senior associate at Oaklins Netherlands and is part of the M&A mid-market team. He has transaction experience across a wide range of sectors, including the Synergia-backed merger between Visser Assen and AIC, the sale of Schobbers to Puratos and the sale of Case Packing Systems to XANO Industri.

Sebastiaan joined Oaklins in 2023 after having worked for over four years at ING Corporate Finance in Amsterdam. He obtained both his double degree in economics and fiscal economics and his master’s in financial economics from Erasmus University in Rotterdam.
