Senior Associate

Felix is a senior associate at Oaklins Germany and a member of the industrial machinery & components and TMT teams. His recently completed transactions include the sale of Luebeck-based Bockholdt GmbH & Co. KG to the Austrian construction group STRABAG, the sale of a German insurtech company to a strategic investor and the sale of LISEGA SE, a leading global manufacturer of industrial pipe support systems, to the Buhlmann Group from Bremen.

Before joining Oaklins, Felix had gained experience in the transaction advisory division of a leading auditing and consulting firm, where his responsibilities included company valuations and financial due diligence. He had also worked in the corporate M&A department of a worldwide leading German automotive supplier. Felix has a Master of Science in Finance and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration.
