Senior Associate

Felix is a senior associate at Oaklins Germany focused on industrial machinery & components, TMT and business services. He primarily advises owner-managed mid-market companies and mid-cap private equity investors, while also supporting M&A transactions for international corporates. His expertise covers industrial automation and manufacturing, mechanical engineering, smart grid and metering solutions, electrical installation, automotive, HVACR and facility management. His recent clients include Volkswagen AG, Porsche SE, Cariad SE, Lisega SE, Bockholdt GmbH & Co. KG, Janitza electronics GmbH, Extramet AG, Hella GmbH & Co. KGaA and Continental AG, alongside financial investors, such as One Equity Partners, PAI Partners and GFEP Family Equity.

Prior to joining Oaklins Germany, Felix was an associate in PwC’s deal advisory team in Germany, responsible for both company valuations and financial due diligence. He also worked in the corporate M&A department of ZF Friedrichshafen AG, a leading global automotive supplier. He has a master’s in finance, with a specialization in corporate finance, as well as a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
