The founders of Janis Software have sold a 50.01% stake in the company to Lucens Capital.

It combines the strength of order, warehouse and transport management systems, merging them into a smart distributed order management system that allows customers to find a solution to all their supply chain and fulfillment needs.
Lucens Capital is a private equity firm founded to capitalize on value and growth opportunities in the small- and mid-market space, with a particular focus on Latin America.
