SRKF has provided a convertible loan to Ecocapsule

Slovenský rastový kapitálový fond, a.s. (SRKF) has participated in a fundraising round with Ecocapsule Holding, a.s. via a convertible loan.

SRKF is a government-sponsored investment fund focused on equity investments for small an medium-sized companies.

Based in Bratislava, Slovakia, Ecocapsule designs, develops and manufactures smart, self-sustainable micro-homes, which use solar and wind energy. It can serve as a cottage, pop-up hotel, caravan, mobile office or research station.

Ecocapsule Holding is the actual operating entity behind Ecocapsule. The holding initiated a fundraising round in order to finance Ecocapsule's further expansion.
