Bobcat CT has been acquired by Brenton Point Capital Partners

The successful acquisition of Bobcat of Connecticut, Inc. by Brenton Point Capital Partners has been completed. Bobcat CT provides a solid foundation of equipment expertise which will support Brenton Point’s expansion into data-driven and asset management solutions to meet growing customer demand. Brenton Point will invest in technology and scalable infrastructure to build an industry-leading one-stop shop for compact equipment, delivering greater value and partnership to customers.

Headquartered in East Hartford, Connecticut, Bobcat CT is a leading dealer of Bobcat and related compact industrial equipment, providing a comprehensive one-stop solution for sales, rentals, parts and service. The company operates five strategically located branches across Connecticut, Massachusetts and Rhode Island, addressing demand throughout the large, attractive and growing Northeast market. Bobcat CT serves a diverse base of customers across resilient end markets, including landscaping and grounds maintenance, infrastructure and utilities and commercial and industrial sectors.
