Alchemy Technology Services has been acquired by NTT DATA

NTT DATA, a global leader in AI, digital business and technology services, has acquired Alchemy Technology Services, a specialist insurance technology consultancy. The acquisition will enhance Alchemy’s ability to scale, extend its international footprint and drive innovation in partnership with major global insurers. It will also support NTT DATA’s insurance strategy and strengthen its delivery capabilities across key markets.

Founded in 2018, Alchemy specializes in digital transformation and consultancy services for the global insurance industry. The company is a Guidewire Advantage Partner, delivering solutions across core platform implementations, upgrades, testing and cloud adoption. Headquartered in Northern Ireland, Alchemy also has a presence in London following its acquisition of a UK-based insurance technology firm in 2023.
