Niels Vermuë

Associate Director

Niels is an associate director at Oaklins Netherlands and is part of Oaklins’ debt advisory team. He has advised on a variety of complex financing transactions for both corporate and private equity clients. Recent transactions Niels has worked on include raising acquisition finance for Holland Capital’s buy-and-build platform Emixa; the refinancing of Intergrin by Kartesia; the raising of acquisition finance for Rivean Capital Partners, Gilde Healthcare and Quadrum Capital to acquire Ace Pharmaceuticals; and the management team’s investment in Keesing alongside BC Partners in the acquisition of the company from Ergon Capital and Mediahuis.

Prior to joining Oaklins Netherlands in 2020, Niels was a financial analyst at Rabobank. He worked for four years on several corporate and leveraged finance transactions in the Dutch mid-market. Niels has an MSc in Finance from the University of Groningen and was an exchange student at the Corvinus University of Budapest.
