Senior Associate

Warner is a senior associate in the M&A mid-market team at Oaklins Netherlands. He has worked across a range of sell-side and buy-side mandates, with a particular focus on the technology, media and telecommunications and horticulture sectors. Notable transactions include the sale of Euphoria Mobility to Sofindev, the acquisition of Interoperability Group by RAM-IT, the sale of Den Berk Délice to Egeria, the acquisition of Lagersmit by Timken, the sale of Caliber.global to Capital A, the sale of Kubus Sports to Transformation Capital and the acquisition of Naish by Kubus Sports.

Warner joined the firm in 2021. Prior to this, he completed internships at Oaklins Netherlands and Slingshot Ventures. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in international business administration from Erasmus University Rotterdam, with an exchange period in Dublin, and his master’s in finance and investments from the same university.
