Antonella Fraioli

Associate Director

Antonella is an associate director at Oaklins Italy. As part of the financial sponsors M&A team, she has participated in the origination and execution of several buy-side and sell-side M&A and ECM transactions involving both local and international private equity funds. She has worked with clients across a wide variety of industries, such as consumer goods, fashion & luxury, TMT and ICT. Recent transactions she worked on include the acquisition of Mapel by Rino Mastrotto Group/NB Renaissance (fashion & luxury), the sale of a minority stake in RINA to Fondo Italiano di Investimento (B2B/B2C services), the voluntary tender offer of ReeVo’s entire share capital by White Bridge Investments (ICT & cybersecurity), the acquisition of U-Power by NB Renaissance (consumer & retail), the sale of a majority stake in Crionet to White Bridge Investments (TMT) and the acquisition of TowerTel by Phoenix Tower International/Blackstone (TMT).

Prior to joining Oaklins Italy in 2022, Antonella worked at Natixis SA in Milan, where she was a member of the M&A team. She graduated from Bocconi University with an MSc in Finance, majoring in investment banking.
