Adam is an analyst at Oaklins Henslow in Australia. He has four years of experience, having started his career in equities research before moving into capital markets across equity capital markets and M&A. In equities research, Adam has led coverage of listed companies, primarily across wagering, gaming and sports, financials and healthcare. He now supports clients on a range of engagements, including private and public capital raises and buy-side M&A mandates. He is a generalist with experience across multiple sectors, including healthcare, defense, agriculture, industrials and technology. Recent transactions include advising Electro Optic Systems (ASX: EOS) on its acquisition of the UK-based interceptor business from MARSS Group for A$10 million.

Adam has a Bachelor of Commerce from Monash University, majoring in finance and accounting.
