Axel is a partner at Oaklins France and co-heads its buy-and-build service, which is fully dedicated to build-up operations. With over 16 years of experience, he has been advising SMEs and mid-cap companies on their M&A transactions, with a particular focus on supporting the execution of external growth strategies. In recent years, he has supported groups in their market consolidation strategies across such sectors as audiovisual media services, communication, higher education, industry and digital services.

Previously, Axel was a partner at several small-cap M&A boutiques. He has a degree from ISG.
