Associate Director

Tabb is an associate director at Oaklins TM Capital, one of Oaklins’ US member firms. He has completed numerous transactions for leading financial sponsors, public companies, and family and founder-owned businesses across a range of industries. He has significant experience in the industrial, building products and consumer sectors. Notable recent transactions include Skylight’s growth-oriented debt financing, Resolute Forest Products’ (NYSE: RFP) sale of its South Carolina pulp and paper mill to New Indy Containerboard and NE Capital Partners’ sale of Metrigraphics to Cirtec Medical, a portfolio company of 3i Group (LSE:III).

Tabb joined the firm in 2018. He has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, with a concentration in finance, from the University of Georgia and an MBA from Emory’s Goizueta Business School.
