July 2025 — Grupo Agris has acquired Epagro as part of a strategic move to strengthen its position in the agricultural sector. The integration aims to support Epagro’s continued growth by providing the necessary resources to expand its operations and enhance its commercial capabilities.
Grupo Agris is a Portuguese family-owned group operating in the agricultural sector, with activities in specialized retail, wholesale and food distribution.
Epagro is a Portuguese company specializing in the distribution of agricultural inputs and the provision of technical support. Its portfolio includes crop protection products, seeds, fertilizers and biocides. Epagro works closely with a network of distributors and professionals across the agricultural sector and represents several leading international brands in the industry.

Groupe Thomas Plants has acquired Tecnosem to form Groupe Flore, a new leader in France’s vegetable seedling market.
