APC is an HR consulting and staff leasing specialist with focus on IT professionals. The firm recruits permanent employees as well as temporary IT experts for specific projects. APC's customers include leading companies from the trade, industry, healthcare and government-related sectors, implementing customized solutions.
Oaklins' team in Austria acted as financial advisor to two of the company's shareholders in their buy-out from the other two shareholders. The team prepared the business plan as well as all relevant documentation for the bank negotiations to finance the transaction.
