August 2015 — Two private shareholders acquired 50% of APC Business Services GmbH from the other two shareholders. Financial details have not been disclosed.
APC is an HR consulting and staff leasing specialist with focus on IT professionals. The firm recruits permanent employees as well as temporary IT experts for specific projects. APC's customers include leading companies from the trade, industry, healthcare and government-related sectors, implementing customized solutions.
