Hannover Finanz Austria GmbH has obtained strategic advice on the envisaged acquisition of I&T GmbH.

Hannover Finanz Austria is a private equity firm that, since its foundation in 1979, has successfully entered into more than 200 equity capital partnerships and invested over one billion euros in medium-sized enterprises in the German-speaking countries.

Founded in 1999 in Austria, I&T is today one of the most innovative and dynamic companies in the automotive supply industry. The company designs and manufactures flat conductor wiring systems for all cable applications in the automotive sector as well as printed circuit boards and circuits for the automotive and electronics industries and their suppliers.

Oaklins' team in Austria supported the investment committee of Hannover Finanz with a buy-side due diligence of the automotive supplier I&T GmbH as a basis for their investment decision.
