Energy Solutions UK Ltd. has acquired Oceanic Systems (UK) Ltd.
Energy Solutions UK Ltd., a marine electrical systems supplier, has completed the acquisition of marine monitoring and control systems manufacturer Oceanic Systems (UK) Ltd. The acquisition is designed to expand Energy Solutions’ marine technology offerings, particularly supporting their growth in marine hybrid propulsion systems.
Energy Solutions is a leading supplier of off-grid power systems for high quality hybrid power solutions. The company harnesses over 30 years of knowledge to provide market-leading hybrid power and monitoring systems. It uses the latest battery technology to offer exceptional power distribution and storage capabilities to marine, specialist vehicle and other off-grid applications.
Oceanic Systems manufactures control and monitoring systems for leisure, commercial and military vessels. Combining intuitive interfaces with back-end functionality, its systems give users ultimate control over their vessels.
