archTIS has completed a US$13.9 million capital raise

archTIS Limited has raised US$13.9 million through a placement of approximately US$2.5 million and a fully underwritten accelerated non-renounceable entitlement offer of approximately US$11.5 million. The proceeds will be allocated to support the acquisition of Spirion LLC.

Headquartered in the USA, Spirion is a global provider of sensitive data discovery, classification and remediation solutions, with a strong focus on privacy and compliance. Its customers include globally recognized brands and institutions across financial services, healthcare and education.

archTIS Limited, listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX:AR9, OTCQB:ARHLF), is a global provider of software solutions enabling the secure collaboration of sensitive information. Its award-winning data-centric security solutions protect highly sensitive content across government, defense, supply chain, enterprise and regulated industries through attribute-based access and control (ABAC) policies. Oaklins’ team in Australia acted as the corporate advisor to archTIS Limited in the acquisition of select assets of Spirion LLC, as well as joint lead manager in the associated capital raise used to finance the transaction.
