Située à Montréal, Transport RMT distribue des produits pétroliers dans la région du Grand Montréal et dans un rayon de 200km. L'entreprise fournit des produits pétroliers aux stations-service. Ses principaux revenus proviennent de contrats ans avec quatre grandes entreprises. Transports RMT emploie plus de 60 personnes, dont 53 chauffeurs expérimentés ayant en moyenne une dizaine d'années de service au sein de l'entreprise. Elle dispose d'une flotte de premier ordre comprenant 24 camions et 40 camions-citernes.
Fondée en 1936 et ayant son siège social à Québec, Transport Lavoie offre une gamme de services logistiques dans les secteurs du pétrole et du gaz et des produits chimiques spécialisés.
L'équipe d'Oaklins au Canada a agi comme conseiller exclusif du vendeur dans cette transaction.
