Vedia SA has been acquired by Groupshop Holding SA
The owner of Vedia SA has sold the company to Groupshop Holding SA, a vehicle for the management team in a buy-out transaction. Financial details have not been disclosed.
Vedia SA was founded in 1971. It is a mail-order company which sells a broad range of branded consumer products and household goods including textiles, clothing and kitchen goods, via its online shop and mail-order catalogs to Swiss consumers.
