The combined group has over 200 employees and generates over US$20 million of annual revenues.
Arbo Windows is a high-quality producer of wooden windows and doors based in Latvia, serving clients in Sweden, the UK, France, Japan and US.
Arlanga Wood is a high-quality producer of wooden windows and doors based in Lithuania, serving clients in Norway, Denmark and Iceland, with over 30 years of history.

The program offered liquidity optionality to the exiting shareholder, as well as other minority shareholders looking forward to crystallizing some value.
