Noviembre 2021 — PSP Investments ha vendido su participación en el Centro Comercial Fontanar a Spectrum y Yellowstone Capital Partners (YCP)
Fontanar es un centro comercial ubicado en las afueras de Bogotá, Colombia. Cuenta con tiendas para marcas colombianas e internacionales como BMW, Adidas, Nike, Falabella y Loto del Sur. Adicionalmente, tiene varios restaurantes y bancos junto con diversos servicios de entretenimiento.
YCP es un fondo de capital privado colombo-estadounidense con US$500 millones en capital administrado. Su estrategia de inversión está enfocada en comprar terrenos, desarrollar y operar proyectos residenciales de uso mixto y a gran escala, principalmente dirigidos para la clase media y trabajadora de Colombia.
Spectrum se especializa en el desarrollo, mercadeo y operación de proyectos de real estate en Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua y Colombia. Su principal foco de inversión son los segmentos de retail, oficinas y vivienda.

Approximately 1% cash equity was contributed by the sponsor, reflecting the strength of the underlying asset and business plan.
