Industri Kapital has acquired Eltel Networks

CapMan funds and Eltel Networks' management team have sold the company to Industri Kapital for US$250 million.

Industri Kapital will combine Eltel Networks with its portfolio company Swedia Networks to create a Northern European market leader within the installation and maintenance of infrastructure for electricity and telecommunications sector.

Eltel Networks is specialized in the design, construction and maintenance of electrical and telecommunications networks.

Oaklins' team in Finland advised the buyer in this transaction.
