Industri Kapital har förvärvat Eltel Networks.
November 2004 — CapMan-fonderna och Eltel Networks ledningsteam har sålt bolaget till Industri Kapital för 250 miljoner amerikanska dollar.
Industri Kapital kommer att kombinera Eltel Networks med sitt portföljbolag Swedia Networks för att skapa en ledande aktör på den nordiska marknaden inom installation och underhåll av infrastruktur för el- och telekommunikationssektorn.
Eltel Networks är specialiserat på design, konstruktion och underhåll av elektriska och telekommunikationsnät.
