Industri Kapital on hankkinut Eltel Networksin omistukseensa
Marraskuuta 2004 — CapMan-rahastot ja Eltel Networksin johtoryhmä ovat myyneet yhtiön Industri Kapitalille 250 miljoonalla Yhdysvaltain dollarilla.
Industri Kapital yhdistää Eltel Networksin portfolioyhtiönsä Swedia Networks’in kanssa luodakseen Pohjois-Euroopan markkinajohtajan sähkö- ja telekommunikaatioinfrastruktuurien asennuksessa ja ylläpidossa.
Eltel Networks on erikoistunut sähkö- ja televerkkojen suunnitteluun, rakentamiseen ja ylläpitoon.
