Sophie is a director at Oaklins France with over 10 years’ experience in M&A and a track record of more than 20 deals as a sector generalist, but particularly in aerospace & defense and business support services. Notable deals she has advised on include the sale of Mapaero to the Dutch group AkzoNobel; the merger of Ipside, Santarelli and Brevalex; the sale of Syrlinks to Safran Electronics & Defense; and the majority LBO of Airplane Group supported by CICLAD.

Before joining Oaklins in 2015, Sophie worked at the French bank CIC as a junior analyst in the corporate department. She graduated from the Toulouse School of Management (TSM), majoring in corporate finance.
