We are looking for a new team member to join our team in Helsinki as a full-time Associate Director.

What the job entails
As an Associate Director, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day project work, or act as a member of the project team, and working closely with clients in industry-leading companies. The projects include both live mandates and new sales.
You will steer and prepare market and financial analysis, as well as client presentations and other relevant project materials; develop and present new ideas to our clients and the Oaklins’ team globally.
Who you are
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar tasks, including advisory, consulting, audit, or private equity
- Experience in leading demanding client projects
- You are eager to sell new ideas to clients and you have a track record of successful sales activities
- You have strong analytical skills, and you know how to apply them in your daily work. You are interested to participate in development of your own and the organization’s analytical capabilities
- You are a team player with strong communication skills and a fearless attitude
- You have master’s degree in finance, economics, industrial management or other applicable major
- You are fluent in Finnish and English; other Nordic languages are considered an asset.
