Joseph Wisniewski

Associate Director

Joe is an associate director at Intrepid Investment Bankers, Oaklins’ member firm in Los Angeles. He has spent his career working with healthcare entrepreneurs to find partnership opportunities, both financial and strategic, that allow them to achieve their personal and professional goals for themselves and their organizations. He has worked with clients in single- and multi-specialty physician practice management (including primary care, orthopedics, urology, dermatology, ophthalmology, interventional pain management, anesthesia and gastroenterology), healthcare staffing, behavioral health, home care and hospice, ambulance services, health insurance, and specialty and retail pharmacy. Recent transactions Joe has worked on include the sale of The Music People to JAM Industries and the sale of HVAC provider Service Champions to Wrench Group.

Prior to joining the firm in 2019, Joe was an associate at Provident Healthcare Partners, an M&A advisory firm focused on sell-side mandates, where he most recently oversaw the firm’s Los Angeles office. Joe has a BA in Finance and Mandarin Chinese from Bryant University.
