Andy Krna

Managing Director

Andy is a managing director at TM Capital, one of Oaklins’ US member firms, and is responsible for transaction sourcing and execution, primarily in the industrial sector. He has over 15 years of finance and consulting experience, working with both established and startup companies on a wide variety of transactions. Andy focuses on transactions in the equipment rental and building products sectors. Recent transactions include the sale of LiftWorks to Sun Belt, the sale of Rental One to Texas First Rentals, the sale of Atlas Crane Services to Ares, the sale of Lewis Cabinets and San Benito Shutters to Monument Microcap, the Sale of Buckner Heavylift Cranes to Markel, the sale of Cali Bamboo to Victoria PLC and the sale of Steamist to MASCO.

Prior to joining the firm, Andy was an associate with Accordion Partners, a financial services firm that provides on-site interim deal professionals to investment banks, private equity firms and their portfolio companies, venture capital firms, startup companies and corporate M&A departments. While at Accordion, he also worked as an independent consultant for startup companies and venture capital firms, including spending a year at Broadway Video Ventures. Prior to Accordion, Andy worked for Roundtable Partners, a startup private equity firm. Before Roundtable, he was an analyst in the leveraged finance group at Barclays. His first job after college was working as a consultant for Silver Oak Solutions, a management consulting firm that later became CGI – Spend Management Solutions. Andy received a BA in Economics from Harvard University.
