Soufian is a director at Oaklins France. Having completed over a dozen transactions in just five years, he has advised clients in a variety of sectors, including technology, business services, real estate, people care and specialty adhesives. Recent transactions include the LBO of PEC Paysage, a specialist in the creation, layout and maintenance of green urban areas in Southeast France; assisting on the sale of TOPIC, a cutting-edge embedded solutions provider, to Technology & Strategy, a leading France-based engineering and IT/digital consultancy business, backed by the private equity firm Ardian; and the sale of M&A Promotion, a key regional player in real estate development, to Icade, a France-based multinational real estate investment trust.

Soufian joined Oaklins France in 2018 after gaining experience at Deloitte in France and in strategy consulting in Morocco. He has a master’s in finance from Audencia Business School.
