Pieter is an associate director at Oaklins KBC Securities in Belgium with more than five years’ experience in sell-side and buy-side M&A deals. Notable transactions he has advised on include the sale of Mobile Vikings to Proximus, the sale of Sitra to Creafund, the sale of Jeco Energies to NPM Capital, the public demerger of CFE and DEME, and the public takeover bid of Resilux by Quva.

Pieter joined the corporate finance department at Oaklins KBC Securities in 2020 after completing a successful internship. Previously, he had interned at Kempen & Co in Amsterdam. Pieter has a master’s in applied economics from the University of Antwerp and an additional master’s in financial management from Vlerick Business School.
