Kevin is a senior associate at Oaklins Germany and a member of the energy integration services, facilities, residential services and smart cities sector teams. He advises clients on complex M&A processes and is responsible for specific project workstreams, particularly in the areas of sector analysis, financial modeling, due diligence and the preparation of transaction-related materials. He also takes responsibility for selected project modules and manages these independently. Recent transactions he has been involved in include the acquisition of WESTFA Energy GmbH by Mabanaft GmbH & Co. KG, the acquisition of LET Gruppe by E.GRUPPE, a portfolio company of Gimv, and the acquisition of FORLIANCE GmbH by Macquarie Asset Management.

Prior to joining Oaklins Germany, Kevin gained experience in M&A and compliance at a renowned audit firm. During his master’s studies, he had supported Oaklins Germany as an intern and working student. Kevin has a bachelor’s degree in international management and a master’s degree in management & finance from the International School of Management in Hamburg. As part of his studies, he also completed two semesters abroad in Barcelona and Edinburgh.
