Nicola is an associate in the equity capital markets team at Banca Akros, the parent company of Oaklins Italy. He is involved in the day-to-day execution of ECM transactions, such as IPOs, tender offers, rights issues, translistings and reverse mergers. Recent transactions he has worked on include the rights Issue for Saipem, Generalfinance’s IPO, Net Insurance’s translisting and tender offers for La Doria and BIM.

Nicola has a double degree in economics and management from Bocconi University, Milan, and the Norwegian School of Economics, Bergen, Norway. Before joining Banca Akros, he worked in the debt and grants department at Valdani Vicari & Associati.
