Simone is an analyst at Oaklins Italy and a member of the financial sponsors & healthcare team. He supports clients in various tasks related to the origination and execution of both sell-side and buy-side mandates, preparing industry analysis, financial modeling, valuation documents and sales materials. He has been involved in a number of buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions, with a focus on the private equity sector.

Prior to joining the firm in 2022, Simone was an analyst at Deloitte Consulting Italy. He graduated from Milan’s Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in 2022 with an MSc in Finance.
