Alsei has acquired Davril for US$10 million. The new group will be able to compete with leading real estate players in the Paris metropolitan area on both segments, corporate and residential development.

Davril is specialized in residential real estate promotion and development in Paris, France.
Oaklins' team in France advised the buyer in this transaction through an equity/debt restructuring process.
